A flat-rate shipping fee of KES 2,000 applies to all orders, regardless of the delivery destination within Kenya. This fee includes packaging, handling, and courier transport. Standard delivery timelines are 1 to 2 business days for all major towns and surrounding regions. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may occasionally take slightly longer depending on courier availability or external factors.
